The Novel Stay is owned and operated by New Scotland Financial Group Ltd, which is a property management company located in Downtown Halifax. The owner Brian Molloy, noticed there was a gap in the short term rental accommodations area and decided to renovate one of his properties to fill the void in Halifax. New Scotland Financial Group Ltd is a small family owned business which we have extended to The Novel Stay as well. Brian's son is responsible for the art work, his daughter(Beth Molloy) wrote the contracts, decorated and furnished the rooms and oversees operations, while another son manages the daily room changes. Neil Molloy who is the artist responsible for the artwork around The Novel Stay is the full-time Office Manager and is available during office hours or e-mail.
